This recipe for Cafe con Miel (Spanish for "coffee with honey") makes a wonderful, light dessert or mid-afternoon pick me up. You can adapt the drink recipe to your tastes by using and omitting spices and flavors as desired. Preparation:
Over low or medium heat, warm all ingredients in a small pot, but do not bring them to a boil. Stir well to dissolve the honey, and then serve hot in small mugs. |
