This recipe for Cafe con Miel (Spanish for "coffee with honey") makes a wonderful, light dessert or mid-afternoon pick me up. You can adapt the drink recipe to your tastes by using and omitting spices and flavors as desired.
Over low or medium heat, warm all ingredients in a small pot, but do not bring them to a boil.
Stir well to dissolve the honey, and then serve hot in small mugs.
