Alex spent sometime cleaning our garage / storage and the subject for discussion mentioned above just came up naturally. BTW Alex did unbelievable job in two days...
YOUR BATHROOM TREASURE TIME
When we are stressed or tired or simply seeking a tranquility at our finger tips we seems often to find it in the comfort of our own home. Lets say taking a long warm shower or a bath, light up candles, add a little of aromatic salts or perhaps a touch of essential oils and with soft sound of our favourite music on background let our thoughts wonder off for a few minutes. Just feel peaceful and safe and loose the count of the time.
