SUPREME COFFEE
If you are a coffee lover like both of us you would probably also fall in love with this new Toby Smith's amazing book called "Coffee Trails". Toby's Estate was founded 10 years ago with the mission of sourcing the finest quality beans and introducing the public to a diverse range of origin coffees and brewing techniques. The company is currently one of Australia’s most respected roasters. They have started small in Sydney but doubled their coffee output in the last five years and have been steadily expanding their business to Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia. It is remarkable that the company constantly pushing the boundaries of the established coffee brewing processes exploring not just espresso coffee but also Chemex, Syphon, AeroPress and Clover processes. Toby's buyers travel regularly to South East Asia, Africa and South America for the best and most unique coffee beans of the world. The owners do not even stop there but also educate the public on the diversity and complexity of coffee by providing training and servicing to the wholesale buyers.
Toby's Estate Sales and Marketing Managers kindly offer Bohemian Rhapsody Club 5 Toby Smith's "Coffee Trails" books for our monthly raffles. Total value of this support is $200. We will be raffling the books at our next 5 events to come: in November, December and in 2012.
