Strawberries You can use wild or just common garden strawberries from the shop. They are excellent for oily skin with large pores or for the skin with any kind of pigmentation. Strawberry juice has got a whitening effect on your skin; tones and cleanses it perfectly.
Raspberries Leaves, flowers and berries are all good for this mask. It has got the same whitening effect on your skin as strawberries and it helps to get rid of any signs of pigmentation. It tones and refreshes the skin; it is really good for oily skin. Raspberries are also good for dry skin. It contains lots of vitamins and some other good ingredients for your skin.
Gooseberries These masks smooth, nurture and moisturize the skin and they are excellent for dry skin. Gooseberries whiten and rejuvenate the skin. Even green berries that are not good to eat are good but for oily skin.
Black and red currants These masks tone the skin and make it look healthy and glowing. Red currant is good for oily skin, but black one is excellent for dry skin type. Red currant juice is always considered as an old remedy against freckles.
Guelder-rose Both fresh and frozen berries are good for these masks. Guelder-rose is excellent for your skin as it contains lots of vitamins, it tones the skin and it is good for any skin type
Sea-buckthorn berries These masks have an excellent rejuvenation effect on your skin: they are great for aging skin. The skin gets young with no wrinkles. They are good for dry skin.
Cowberries Berries and even dry plant leaves are good for masks. They moisturize, smooth and tone the skin; help to get rid of small wrinkles and prevent aging. Fresh cowberry juice and tea from dry plant leaves assist you if you have acnes and pimples or any other skin problems.
Cranberries These masks are fantastic for oily skin. They reduce the enlarged pores and make that beautiful matt skin color. Fresh cranberry juice is good against acnes and pimples.
Rosehips Rosehip berries, seeds, berries porridge (kasha), young plant sprouts and leaves tea is the most common remedy for any type of skin as they contain plenty of vitamins, that tone and cleanse the skin and help to prevent pigmentation. Rosehip dry and fresh petals brewed into a good tea prevent aging and rejuvenate your skin. Rose water is commonly known and can be made at home to wash your face in the morning or just to refresh your skin during the day.
Mountain ash berries These masks contain vitamin C and beta carotene (which is much more than in carrots). Beta carotene is considered as a source of beauty and youth. The masks are good for any skin types but especially for aging skin.
