Live cosmetics

You can find lots of things for your facial mask right in your fridge, but he most healthy masks come with these green herbs and vegetables that we eat. Parsley, dill, sorrel, green salad leaves, coriander, spinach and celery are healthy for your skin and for your body. These herbs are used for facial masks, for mixtures and teas that can be used externally on your skin.

Parsley Masks
Parsley is a natural skin whitening used for reducing pigmentation and skin freckles. Both leaves and steams (and even roots) can be used for facial masks. If you use parsley as part of your mixture you can reduce wrinkles, pigmentation spots and rejuvenate your skin

Dill Masks
Dill has the same properties as parsley and can help in reducing skin pigmentation. It contains lots of natural vegetable antibiotics and also can be used to get rid of acnes.

Salad Leaves Masks
