I thought it would be a good time to start talking about some powerful spiritual practices. I was upset that Getaway Experience Waves expansion of consciousness guided meditations were all removed from youtube. But there is a reason to everything indeed. We will start with physical body exercises although they will be changing all your other bodies too. Try to do one excersice once a day for a whole week, then progress to the other three in sequence adding one every week. Listen to the instructios carefully.
