Whipped Sour Cream Dessert
Ingredients:
250g of fresh strawberries
white wine or champagne
250g of sour cream
brown sugar (2 table spoons)
one fresh yellow kiwi
one fresh green kiwi
Method:
peel both kiwis, cut them in pieces and put them on the bottom of a tall glass or clear serving bowl
whip the sour cream with brown sugar till it does not pore do; put it on the top of kiwis
add some brown sugar to washed strawberries; cook the strawberries in white wine for about 1 hour; cool the strawberries down.
put them on the top of the sour cream
Enjoy your dessert!
