You're Nuthin but a Blocked Tube Our bodies are nothing more and nothing less than tubes. Organs are collections of tubes.
Tubes need to flow or more correctly to vent (clear themselves)….to pre-vent disease is to keep the tubes free flowing or clear. If you don’t do this, blockages occur and we name this blockage disease. An aneurysm is a clogging or breaking of a brain tube, and a stroke is a blocking of blood tubes leading to the brain. A varicose vein is a vein that is blocked and has burst within. A hernia is a break in the muscular tubes, and constipation is the blockage of the colon tube.
In the same way the body changes or adjusts negatively to adverse conditions, it can change and adjust positively to favourable conditions.
When the body begins to consume liquid light crystals in fresh fruit and vegetables juices and milks and water, then it will be constantly cleansing.
The liquid crystals act as a strong solvent in the tubes of the body to dissolve the obstructions, which interfere with smooth functioning. When you are fuelling your body with livening liquids that have a very high vibration, and have eliminated the low level, coarse vibration that comes from solid foods then the tubes are able to unclog, and all of their toxic build up and morbid accumulations will be pushed out through the tubes of the body for expulsion. Their low vibration will go with them. This cleansing is what happens in an extended fast on water or living juices, and sometimes discomfort is experiences in the form of nausea, hunger and pain.
What keeps your tubes clear and pre-vented? Air, water, sunshine, walking, wholefoods, high-end emotions of passion, and kind creative moments in our relationships.
Protein is made from amino acids and almost everything in nature has amino acids. The strongest animals on the planet don't eat meat, so it begs the question: Where do they get all that muscle?
What do elephants, rhinoceros, buffalo, cows and horses eat? Grass. How 'bout Gorillas?...that's right they have the exact same anatomical structure as human beings - pound for pound are stronger than any other animal, and yet all they eat is Fruit and Leaves! Amazing.
Molecule for molecule there is more nutrition, more muscle-building nutrients, more healing power and more life force in plants, leaves, fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds than anything else. It's time to re-think "protein".

Whole Foods vs Supplements
There is just one catch. If you want beta-carotene’s magnificent protection against killer diseases, you must get it from carrots or other foods rich in beta-carotene…..NOT from beta-carotene supplements you buy in the health food stores.
New research has shown that beta-carotene supplements are NOT at all effective in preventing these killer diseases. There are few Americans (and Westerners) these days who aren’t popping pills to treat a complaint OR to try and prevent one.
From headache medicine to cholesterol-lowering drugs, to sexual-dysfunction aids, there seems to be a remedy for every disorder out there – even some we didn’t realise existed!
The pharmaceutical industry has transformed the way we think about physical, mental, emotional and social lack-ness. NOT well-ness, not sickness, but it has created a vacancy, a void, a hole, a gap that their drugs can fill. They are turning more and more healthy people each year into patience or customers. We need to ask about HOW and WHY drug makers have begun targeting people who aren’t "sick".
Today, this whole process is driving the marketing machinery of the drug companies. There are many ways and campaigns in which these massive organizations target people who can afford their magic drugs and potions.
The use of celebrities is now a standard way in which drug companies, don’t just promote their drugs, but try to change public awareness, public thinking and public perceptions about drugs. In some ads, the disease phrasing may be legitimate. The pharmaceutical industry's sophisticated CEO's and marketing people are doing what shareholders demand of them. They’re looking for ways to maximize markets. One way is to redefine more and more people as “SICK”.
It’s sad but true. There’s an informal alliance between the drug companies and the medical profession and aspects of the patient advocacy world, that all have interests in defining more and more people as ill.
Every time a panel of “experts” comes together, they nudge the boundaries a little further out, whether it’s mental illness, cholesterol or high blood pressure. In the case of Diabetes and Obesity, now that these have been re-defined as “Diseases”, 100’s of billions are being made every year!
Being fat is not a disease. 99.9% of the time it’s just eating and drinking junk, eating too late in the day, eating too much, and simply not moving.
We’re starting to see a fear of disease, decay and death becoming a central part of life. It probably wouldn’t take a large study to investigate the psychic impact of being told 10 to 30 times a day you might actually be sick, or have a "lack" within you. The marketing strategies of pharmaceutical drug lords continue to terrorise humanity, globally.
The emotional body is nourished by emotions and feelings.
If you concentrate on the food you are eating with love, your astral (or emotional) body will extract from it the precious particles it needs.
As a result you will be filled with love for the whole food.
You will feel happy and at peace, with one desire only; to live in harmony with nature.
When the astral body (emotions) is properly nourished you have a marvelous feeling of well-being that makes you want to behave generously and tolerantly in life and if you have important problems to solve, you handle everything with tact and understand.
Health comes of a healthy lifestyle.
Eat less. Eat whole foods. The more you eat, the less energy you have; less food generates more energy. Drink one quart of water for every 50 lbs you weigh, let water be a lot of your food.
Because it is. If you are what you eat, you’re 70% water. The brain is over 90% water; eat up the water. After 6pm, just have liquids, soups, sops, sups, that’s why it’s called supper.
Move more. The more you move, the more you can move; the less you do, the less you can do. Movement generates health energy.
Relax. Sit in a hot tub, on a porch, lay in the sun, swing under a shade tree, listen to your favorite music, get a massage, do a colonic, make love, have a glass of organic wine or a couple of natural unforced beers.
Sleep. Lay down for eight hours. No more, no less. It’s an Ancient wisdom that works. You don’t even need to be asleep, don’t stress over it if your not. If you are asleep, all the better. The less you eat, the better you sleep. The better you sleep the less food you feel you need. Less food equals more energy to move and the ability to do. The more you move and do, the easier it is to relax. The more you relax, the better you sleep.
This creates health. You feel well. Look well. You enjoy life well. You do well. You are disease free, you recover from injury faster, and your imagination works better.
When life throws you challenges you say, “Bring it!”
As more and more people are discovering health through self care by making simple “life style” changes. The pharmaceutical drug lords are shifting their, “cultural medical marketing” to a more dubious role of “life style enhancers.” In order for consumers to avoid the frustration and trauma of making a personal change that is somehow founded upon character, will, desire and a modicum of self-discipline, they can simply pop steroids to appear younger, stronger and more athletic.
They can pop Prozac and appear to be a more focused business person, or even take Viagra in order to avoid the embarrassment of the fact you’re probably not excited by the person you’re with, or, you can make her really feel it with, “Enzyte.”
What is it going to mean in the near future, to be human? Undoubtedly thousands of medicines will shift from medicinal to “supportives” of “enhanced” life styles, while delivering a drug-fulfilled experience of life.

One of my favourite snacks is chopped up raw vegies dipped in 'sour cream'.
This healthy little recipe is actually made from real cashew nuts...AND it tastes 10 times better than dairy 'sour cream'. This means it's totally "animal product free" and SUPER good for you. To make the Cashew Sour Cream you will need a good blender to ensure the consistency is smooth.
I personally recommend the Vitamix.
Cashew Sour Cream 1 Cup raw cashews (soaked over night in water and rinsed thoroughly) The juice of 2 lemons The juice of 1 lime 2 cups of great water Throw everything into your Vitamix and blend to a smooth consistency - chill for 20 minutes. Serve with your favourite raw vegies or on top of a bean salad with some tomato salsa. The kids will love it too!
