Meditation "Magic Mirror" Imagine you are in the city. The city is full of shops, cafes, restaurants, flowers and... magic. There is a central square in the city. Your Magic Mirror is located right in the center of the square. You approach it slowly. Take a look at your self in this mirror. Remove the bits that you do not like in your body using your thought form. Add the bits that you would love to see. Shape yourself in your mind using thought forms.
When you see you self anew clearly take this magic-you out of the mirror. Walk around her and walk inside of her from her back, Walk inside your new image of yourself.
Try to feel how when you walk inside this new person your shapes start to change, your stomach goes in and your dress size gets smaller. Are you happy? Show it to yourself: start being happy from joy, from the bottom of your soul and laugh!
Laugh like you laughed when you were a small girl, sing your favorite song, and jump up and down to the moment when you feel that this is enough.
This exercise will uplift your mood and give you lots of positive emotions for the whole day!
Now behave the way as if your target is met. Repeat this meditation every morning and every evening for 2 weeks exactly.
You will see the results in 10 days.
Your subconscious mind will switch on and it will become your friend on your way to your target. When the image of new, slim and firm body will be part of you forever it will materialize in our physical world too.
And now: smile to a new day to come and start your day in a good and positive mood!
