Use bergamot together with lavender and pink geranium. Use 3 drops of oil of each scent and spend at least 15 min in it. *** Bath for better metabolism Buy some sea salt (raw unprocessed version with larger crystals). Add about a handful into your bath. Use 50ml of jojoba oil and 12 drops of juniper berries oil and the same of cypress oil. Spend at least 15 min in this bath. *** Cellulite reducing bath Orange peel looks on your skin (cellulite) will disappear when you start using orange oil. 3-5 drops will be enough together with some sea salt.
Get rid of appetite If you can not get rid of a habit to eat at night before going to bed take a warm (not hot) bath. Add 5 drops of cinnamon oil in it. You would need honey and mustard: 2 table spoon and honey is mixed together with 2 table spoons of mustard. apply the mixture on your thighs, buttocks, legs and arms. cover yourself with cling wrap and with warm scarves on the top of all. Baking soda Mix together 300g of sea salt and 200g of baking soda. Add the mixture into your bath. Do not eat and drink for 2 hours before taking this bath. the water temperature should be 38-40C. Take a cup of green or herbal tea (with no sugar) into the bath. Drink slowly. Take this bath for 10-15 min depending how you feel. Do not wash it off in the shower after you finish - just leave it on the skin. Instead go to bed - cover yourself with 3 blankets as you will start sweating. This might take 40 min. Then wake up and rinse off soda and salt remaining on your skin under the shower. Do not drink or eat after this procedure for about one hour. This exercise will help you burn up to 500g of fat in one day.
Mustard Mix one cup of dry mustard in a mixing bowl. You will start to smell mustard oils when the mixture is ready. Pour this mixture into your bath (temp: 38-39C). Do not eat or drink for 1 hour before taking this bath. Spend about 5-10 min in this bath. If you feel your heart start beating too fast - stop the bath immediately! Rinse your skin with warm water after the bath and lie down for 30 min under the blanket. You might start sweating. Do not eat or drink one hour after this bath.
