Spring and summer are around the corner already – you feel that the days slowly become longer, the birds started signing louder, the air becomes fresher and many other significant signs (weather is not included, but we have more sunshine now anyway)… There is one thing that needs improvement: your shape needs to get back in shape. I tried to find a good diet for you and this is what came up.
Shoe diet
The main idea of this diet is taken from the shoe shapes: ballet shoes, closed shoes, summer slippers, Mary Jane and platforms/wedges. There is a special diet, menu and special food rules for each pair. In a nutshell: if you are wearing ballet shoes – please follow the so called "ballet diet". You wear closed shoes – keep away from solid foods.
You can wear your favorite shoe shape/model maximum 3 days in a row, then you have to change it to another shape or just wear 5 different shoe pairs each day of those 5 days. If it does not help you can repeat the 5 day course till you are in your most desirable shape.
Day one. Ballet shoes
Ballet shoes are light; they have pure and natural classical forms, they are innocence and minimalism in their best expressions. So today – no overeating and no fast food. This is a day of mono- and organic- diet. Your body will be grateful by its fantastic skin color, bright eyes and shiny hair.
We recommend 5 tested types of food from the following selection: citrus day (grapefruit, orange, lime, lemon, mandarin, and pommelo), vegetable day (tomato, cabbage, cucumber, spinach, capsicum, and carrots), brown rice, cottage cheese/potato and buttermilk. You can mix and make a smoothy out of orange, grapefruit and lemon, make a salad, vegetable soup and light veggie balls cooked on a steamer.
Day two. Platforms or Wedges
If you wear platforms today you are confident and you know what you will be eating and how much it will cost you calorie-wise. Write it down; write down calories of each and every piece you eat. Use you diary or your mobile phone. Count it up. If you supersede 1500-200 kcal, you will see why you could not get your weight down.
Use your table of calories until you know how you can lose weight and how you can calculate your calories with minimal error. Weight your food using kitchen scales and remember that one portion should be less than your feast (remember that your feast has the size of your stomach).
Day three. Summer slippers
Even that your slippers are not flat but some designer creations on heals these sexy shoes associate with summer, seaside and beach. So how about South Beach Diet?
Exclude sweets and flour from your diet today including fruit, bakery, potatoes, rice, pasta, cereals and even carrots. Change them to colorful green salads with no fat proteins (eggs, chicken breast, fish and legumes)
Day four. Mary-Jane
The shoes are very modest with funny ends and a stripe around your ankle, the ones that a small hero-ness from the comics books, Mary-Jane would wear. Mary Jane shoes were worn by those cute little girls and schoolgirls til the designers invented a new adult version model on heals or just flats.
Wear your shoes and become strict to yourself like your teacher or your parent. Don’t miss your breakfast – your freshly squeezed carrot juice, cereal with yogurt and a handful of berries or omelet with tomatoes and green salad. Do not forget to pack your beautiful lunch when you go to work. A couple of sandwiches with low fat cheese or avocado, banana, apple and yogurt. Ignore any fast food; eat dry fruit instead of sweets, and swop those heavy bakery items with crispy wholemeal bread and homemade cereal with no sugar. Do not feel comfortable around coffee though – two cups is your daily limit. For dinner bake some fish with lemon and vegetables and do not eat after 6pm. Smoking and alcohol should are prohibited.
Day five. Closed shoes.
All your food should be 1/ liquid and 2/ healthy Fruit and vegetable smoothies are all thumbs up including and other juices and compote!
Feel free to drink as much water as possible. To drink 3-4 glasses a day is a good habit. So your body is happy with digestion and metabolism and it is removing the toxins faster. This is the reason why you will be losing weight. Water reduces your appetite, enhances your metabolism and helps to burn your calories 3% faster. These 3 percent is enough to lose half a kilo every 6 months.
Start your morning with a glass of warm water – you can add some lemon juice into it. Drink from your bottle every ½ an hour during the day and make drinking water your daily routine. Take water breaks not coffee breaks. Use a straw if it’s more fun for you…

“Do not worry girl, you will get fat…”
- doctors say these words more often than you think. The words are told to the patients that have “photo model sickness” or anorexia. “What?” – the patient asks. “I will get fat? No way!”
Some of the patients even try to escape but you can not do anything yourself with such tough diagnosis. They simply do not have any more power to go back to normal – no power - literally. That means that the anorexics will be encouraged to eat and they will be forced to eat. It is impossible to give them bread and butter as they can not swallow anymore... So they feed them through the veins. Bit by bit the girls get better and start gaining their lost kilos back - they get well and healthy.
Doctors say that all the girls will get fat eventually – even those who do not suffer from anorexia. They talk about fat accumulation under your skin and cellulite. Who is in charge? You will not believe it – but it is female physiology and female brain. They are different from male bran what ever you say to oppose this fact. The main difference is in endocrine system. All females go through lots of energy waste giving birth to babies, nurture and breast feed him after giving birth. This is the purpose of the female body. You all know that humane milk is fat. Where do you think mother will take this fat from if she is not fat herself? Nature took care of it beforehand; nature is prepared to that. If a woman follows her nature instincts she will give birth to healthy children and she will give them milk which is very important for future health of her children. But all women will put on weight sooner or later. And the reason for that will be – males!
Let’s talk about this situation: there is a slim young and beautiful woman who works in one of the city office. It is not her first year at work. She is married to the company owner. As a man he is – let’s put it this way – he is nothing as a man. She wears very expensive outfits, she drives fashionable pink Bentley, and she visits tanning salons and goes to the gym regularly. She goes to massage and visits psychologist, she swims in the pool three times a week and on Sundays she goes to the best beauty salons in the city so she gets prepared to the next week at the office. So her life is like a glass full of champagne – playful, bubbly, light and easy. She is fit, she is rich, young and suddenly... she starts putting on weight.
The thing is there is a young student-courier who starts working in the same office. Of course she does not pay attention at such men. Well, she does not even look at him. The guy can’t even look after himself: he stinks on sweat, everyone turns away from him when he delivers mail and documents to the office. He does not look well either – just some pimpled student. Company managers are OK with him – he is doing his job well. Meaning our beautiful girl can “smell” him as soon as he is at the doors. But you will say – there is no connection. The courier delivers mail – but our Mary is putting on weight?? Is this what you are trying to say?
It is easy to understand: through your nose your brain tells you this young man has got lots of hormones in his blood, he is the best possible solution for her to get the best father for her children. You do not need to have a famous perfumer’s nose for that. Our girl Mary neglecting her social status and her life style is putting on weight. Her body sniffs the right male and it is getting ready to pregnancy, so the female could feed not only herself but her babies.
