Your health, beauty, shape and rejuvenation is pointless without body cleansing. Fluids cleanse your colon and your intestine. This procedure needs to be done in the morning usually on a weekend. We would need to 2 liters of water and 2 table spoons of sea salt. Just warm up your filtered water a bit and add some salt into it. Massage your stomach, do some 20 sit ups and relax. Drink up one glass of warm salty water. Do some more sit ups. Imagine water going though you cleansing your inner body. Drink up second glass of water. Drink the water till you feel you need to go to the bathroom to cleanse your colon. After your toilet start drinking water again. Continue with the sit ups till you finish your 2 liters. Finish this procedure by eating some just cooked brown rice (about 2 table spoons, no salt). Try to eat just green salads and lots of fruit this day and the day after.
